Advanced Creator Capstone: 30-Day Pro Sprint
Capstone: run a 30-day professional creator sprint integrating your OS, brand, scorecards, creative plan, one experiment, standards, and privacy — then review before/after with a real dossier.
Study
What you'll learn
Read this section before your Live Exam — every lesson pairs study with a real TikTok LIVE.
Introduction
This is the Advanced Creator Capstone. Everything in the black-belt bridge was building toward one proof: you can operate like a professional for thirty days — on purpose — and show the evidence.
Not a vibes month. Not a motivational challenge. A 30-Day Pro Sprint with a reviewable dossier: operating system, brand one-pager, weekly scorecards, creative plan, one experiment retrospective, standards, and privacy checklist — plus a before/after review that an honest mentor could grade.
You will design the sprint in this lesson, start it with a Capstone Kickoff LIVE, and spend the next thirty days running it. The certificate expects the work. Optional Honors Lab can polish the dossier afterward — it never gates the black belt.
Why This Lesson Matters
Sequence you are in:
- Previous: Privacy, Security, and Personal Boundaries — protect the human and the account
- This lesson: Advanced Creator Capstone: 30-Day Pro Sprint — integrate and prove
- Next after certificate: Mastery Paths (Presence recommended first) — specialize with craft depth
Core proved you can stream. Advanced Creator proved you can think like a professional. The Capstone proves you can *live* it for a month. Without this integration step, the earlier worksheets stay homework. With it, you graduate the black belt ready for Presence, Content Creation, Growth, and the rest.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this lesson, you will be able to:
- Assemble a Capstone dossier checklist from AC-01 through AC-07 artifacts
- Define a 30-day sprint goal that fits capacity and brand
- Set before metrics and a review date
- Choose one experiment for the sprint window (from AC-05 hygiene)
- Run a kickoff LIVE that states the sprint focus without corporate theater
- Explain how optional Honors Lab review works after the certificate (non-gating)
Estimated Study Time
- Study and dossier setup: about 35 minutes to assemble the sprint plan and dossier checklist
- LIVE Mission: 45+ minute Capstone Kickoff LIVE
- Practice window: 30 days of execution + final retrospective (required for true Capstone completion)
Prerequisites
Complete AC-01 through AC-07 — Operating System, Brand, Numbers, Creative Planning, Growth Experiments, Professional Standards, and Privacy & Security.
You should already have (or quickly complete):
- Creator Weekly OS
- Brand One-Pager
- At least one weekly scorecard habit
- Two-week creative plan / segment bank
- Experiment brief template
- Standards sheet
- Privacy & security checklist
Main Lesson
What "objectively reviewable" means
A Capstone is not "I streamed a lot." It is a packet someone else can inspect:
1. OS pages — weekly aims/calendars across the month 2. Brand one-pager — unchanged or intentionally revised with dates 3. Four weekly scorecards — Integrity / Experience / Relationship + one decision each 4. Creative plan + segment bank — evidence you did not invent every show at Go Live 5. One experiment — brief, results log, keep/adapt/kill 6. Standards + privacy — sheets you actually applied 7. Before/after review — one to two pages: what changed, what you will keep for the next 90 days
If a piece is missing, the sprint is incomplete — even if you "felt productive."
Designing the 30-day sprint
Sprint goal (one sentence): e.g. "Run 12 planned LIVEs in 30 days with brand-consistent opens and weekly scorecards filed."
Capacity: use your OS rules. Do not hero-schedule a Capstone you will abandon on day nine.
Before snapshot: capture today's Integrity baseline (planned vs typical), brand promise, and one Experience note. You need contrast for the after review.
Experiment slot: choose one AC-05-style variable for a two-week window inside the thirty days — not five experiments.
Review date: put the final retrospective on the calendar now (day 30 or day 31).
Weekly rhythm inside the sprint
Each week:
1. Set weekly OS aim 2. Run planned LIVEs from the creative plan 3. Fill scorecard + one decision 4. Enforce standards + privacy defaults 5. Log experiment sessions if the window is active
Misses happen. Professionals adjust the OS and keep the dossier honest.
The before/after review (Capstone close)
Answer:
- What did I plan for the 30 days?
- What did I actually run?
- Which standard or privacy default saved me?
- What did the experiment teach?
- What is the one operating habit I will keep for 90 days?
- What Mastery Path do I enter next (Presence recommended for most), and why?
Honors Lab (optional, non-gating)
After you earn the Advanced Creator Certificate (lessons + Program Final + Capstone evidence as defined in product rules), you may optionally submit the dossier for:
- AI review
- Mentor review
- Optional Brad review (when available)
- Portfolio / Hall of Fame eligibility pathways
Labs exist for sharper feedback and honors recognition. They never gate certification. Do not delay your certificate waiting for a lab slot.
What this Capstone is not
Not agency ownership school. Not a recruiting contest. Not a demand that you become a full-time creator overnight. It is proof you can operate professionally inside the Streamer Factory creator lane — then specialize.
Examples
Example 1 — Sprint goal. "12 LIVEs in 30 days, brand open every session, four scorecards filed, one hook experiment in weeks 2–3."
Example 2 — Before snapshot. Integrity typical 2/4 weeks historically → target ≥85% sessions completed; brand promise locked; Experience note: fades after minute 40.
Example 3 — After review line. "Kept Saturday morning slot (experiment keep). Dropped revenge Friday doubles. Next: Presence Mastery for vocal variety on empty-room teaches."
Real Creator Scenarios
Scenario A — Life explodes on day 12. Action: rewrite OS capacity, document the change in the dossier, continue a smaller honest sprint — do not ghost the retrospective.
Scenario B — You want a new brand mid-sprint. Action: freeze unless factually false. Capstone rewards a real month, not three rebrands.
Scenario C — You finish lessons but skip the thirty days. Action: you are not Capstone-complete. The dossier needs time evidence. Start the kickoff LIVE and the clock.
From Brad's Experience
Pro Tips
- Assemble the dossier folder before day one.
- Write the review date on the calendar now.
- One experiment inside the month — not five.
- Keep brand frozen unless false.
- File weekly scorecards the day you review.
- Honesty beats heroic fiction in the retrospective.
- Pick a next Mastery Path on purpose (Presence first for most).
- Remember Honors Lab is optional polish, not a gate.
Common Beginner Mistakes
- Treating Capstone as "watch the lesson" only. Fix: run the thirty days.
- Hero calendar that collapses by week two. Fix: capacity-honest OS.
- Skipping scorecards because you were "busy streaming." Fix: no scorecards, no Capstone.
- Stacking experiments until nothing is measurable. Fix: one variable window.
- Waiting for Honors Lab before claiming progress. Fix: labs never gate the certificate.
- Rewriting brand weekly during the sprint. Fix: freeze and finish.
- No before snapshot, so after review is vibes. Fix: capture before on kickoff day.
Reality Check
Your Capstone month will be imperfect. That is expected. The black belt is not flawlessness — it is professional operation with evidence. If you need extra days because life intervened, document the adjustment. Do not fake a perfect dossier.
When the sprint ends, take the Advanced Creator Program Final if you have not, complete certificate requirements, then choose your first Mastery Path. Do not begin another path in this curriculum build until Brad approves moving past Advanced Creator at the program level — for you as a learner, Presence Mastery is the recommended next craft lane when you are ready.
Summary
The 30-Day Pro Sprint integrates everything Advanced Creator taught into a reviewable professional month. Assemble the dossier, kick off on LIVE, run the weeks, close with before/after truth. That is the black belt. Optional Honors Lab can refine the portfolio later — never as a gate.
LIVE Mission
Mission: Capstone Kickoff LIVE
1. Assemble the Capstone Dossier Checklist and 30-Day Sprint Planner (goal, capacity, experiment window, review date, before snapshot). 2. Confirm privacy checklist and standards sheet are filed. 3. Run a 45+ minute TikTok LIVE that states your sprint goal in plain language, runs at least one banked segment, and closes with your next planned LIVE day. 4. Start the thirty-day clock. File kickoff notes in the dossier the same day.
Success is a real kickoff with a complete plan packet — not a trailer for a month you never run.
