Beginner levelTikTok LIVE basics

First week of lives (consistency focus)

Stack seven intentional sessions — not random tests — so your audience (and you) learn your schedule.

What you'll learn

Read this section before your mission — every lesson pairs study with a real TikTok LIVE.

Consistency beats intensity early on. Pick windows you can defend for a full week: same days, similar start times, and a realistic length you will not bail on when energy dips. Promote lightly but clearly: one pre-live post or story per day you go live. The goal is not viral reach — it is that your small audience learns when to show up. After each session, write one line: what worked, one friction point, one tweak for tomorrow. Small notes compound faster than big “I will fix everything” promises. By the end of this week you should feel a rhythm: setup, go live, short debrief. That rhythm is what scales toward longer daily volume later.

Execution

Your mission

This class session isn’t finished until you execute. Learning + execution are one unit — complete both before the next lesson.

Session: Seven-day consistency sample

Execute a one-week mini commitment: at least one qualifying LIVE per day for 7 days (minimum 30 minutes each).

  • Post a short video announcing your LIVE (time + topic).
  • Use relevant hashtags on that post and in your LIVE title or description.
  • Share the announcement to your story.
  • Go live for at least 30 minutes in one continuous session (required).
  • Talk continuously — silence loses the room; engage viewers when chat appears.
  • Apply one technique from this lesson deliberately and note what changed.
  • Repeat on separate days until you have 7 sessions logged (calendar yourself — honor system).
  • By this stage, you should be going live daily; aim for 60–120 minutes total per day across one or two sessions.

Goal

Build proof you can stream on a schedule — consistency beats occasional long marathons.
