Lesson 9 of 24 · Live Streaming Mastery — Lesson 4 of 5

IntermediateContent strategy

Structuring longer lives

Run-of-show design for 60–90+ minute blocks without losing the plot.

What you'll learn

Read this section before your mission — every lesson pairs study with a real TikTok LIVE.

Longer LIVEs fail when they are one endless take. Break the stream into chapters: intro, themed blocks, short resets, and a planned finale. Viewers stay when they can predict the shape of the next segment. Hydration and voice care are part of structure — not separate from content. Build micro-breaks that still keep the mic warm: “I am grabbing water — when I am back we start segment three.” Use a simple document or whiteboard viewers can see if it fits your format. Visibility of the plan reduces your cognitive load and increases trust. This stage is where daily volume starts to feel possible: longer blocks, fewer panic endings, clearer handoffs between segments.

Execution

Your mission

This class session isn’t finished until you execute. Learning + execution are one unit — complete both before the next lesson.

Session: 90-minute endurance block

Progression step: one extended LIVE block. Hydrate and plan breaks as talking breaks, not dead air.

  • Write a run-of-show with 4 blocks + 3 stretch goals if energy stays high.
  • Post a short video announcing your LIVE (time + topic).
  • Use relevant hashtags on that post and in your LIVE title or description.
  • Share the announcement to your story.
  • Go live for at least 90 minutes in one continuous session (required).
  • Talk continuously — silence loses the room; engage viewers when chat appears.
  • Apply one technique from this lesson deliberately and note what changed.
  • At this stage, treat LIVE like a job block: prioritize 1–2+ hours total daily as your capacity allows.

Goal

Complete a 90+ minute LIVE with visible structure start-to-finish.
