This Capstone is evidence assembly, not new content. If you are missing a piece, go back and complete it — this lesson does not re-teach positioning, offers, income systems, IP, brand communication, privacy/security, contracts, or capacity planning. It integrates what you already built.

A Creator Operating Manual is not a vibe about being a professional. It is a document another person could open and inspect, section by section, without needing you in the room to explain it:

If any section is missing or a placeholder instead of your real work, the Capstone is incomplete.

Assembling what you already built

Most of the manual is not new writing — it's collection. Pull completed artifacts from PC-01–PC-02 (positioning, won't-do list, offer sheet), PC-03–PC-04 (income tracker, buffer rules, health snapshot), PC-05 (IP defaults), PC-06 (brand inquiry scorecard), PC-07 (incident checklist), PC-08 (red-flag checklist), and PC-09 (capacity policy).

If a section feels thin, that is useful information — it usually means the original mission was skimmed rather than completed. Go back and do the real version before assembling the final manual.

Writing the 90-day operating plan

The manual so far describes where you are. The 90-day plan describes where you're going: month one — what you'll do differently now, using positioning and capacity policy as the filter for what to accept; month two — a checkpoint reviewing your health snapshot and adjusting offers if concentration risk is too high; month three — a checkpoint against your capacity policy to see if scope has crept back in.

Write specific actions tied to your own numbers — not "grow my income" but "test my secondary offer with three real inquiries this month."

Designing your review process

Professional Creator Lab / Honors is OPTIONAL after the certificate. It never gates the Professional Creator Mastery Certificate. Do not wait on a lab review before claiming certification you already earned.

Hall of Fame consideration, if you choose to pursue it, is an optional honors path available only *after* a review pass — never a certification requirement, and never something you need to chase to complete this Capstone.

What this Capstone is not

• Not a pitch deck meant to impress outsiders
• Not agency ownership, a talent roster, or a plan to manage other creators
• Not a legal document, tax filing, or investment plan — earlier lessons taught literacy and safer defaults, not professional practice
• Not a recruiting tool for bringing other creators into any program
