Camera Frame Checklist
Pre-LIVE frame checklist: eye line, crop, posture, background, and a 10-second ownership check.
Run this in the 60 seconds before Go Live. If something fails the checklist, fix it before you open — do not open and apologize into the frame.
Frame ownership checks
- Eyes meet the lens more than the chat box
- Headroom is intentional (not floating or cropped)
- Shoulders and upper torso visible — you own the rectangle
- Posture: tall without stiffness; no chin-to-chest collapse
- Background supports you (not competing with you)
- Lighting: face readable; no harsh silhouette
- Mic position does not force awkward lean into frame
- 10-second ownership check: I look like a host, not a hostage
