- Catch-up line ready for chat ('new here? here's where we are')
Close checkpoint
- Marked progress toward arc resolution (visible or verbal)
- Teased next LIVE beat without spoiling payoff
- Named next LIVE day/time
- Logged beat on Arc Debrief Sheet within 15 minutes
